His own life experiences have shaped his understanding of what it means to face uncertainty and embrace change, including navigating major life transitions such as career shifts. He strives to meet clients where they are, tailoring his approach to support their unique identities, goals, and personal growth.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, he has called Georgia home since 2009. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Georgia before transitioning into the field of mental health. In 2026, he earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia.
His therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Existential therapy. He has a particular interest in grief work and supporting individuals navigating loss and emotional challenges. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, he aims to help clients build self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoy spending time with his family, exploring new restaurants, playing volleyball with friends, watching the latest movies, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. He values connection, growth, and balance in his own life, and he brings that same perspective into the therapeutic space as he supports clients on their journey toward healing and well-being.
