Group Therapy at GAFC
Group therapy offers a supportive and structured environment where individuals can share experiences, gain insights, and learn from others facing similar challenges. It fosters connection, reduces feelings of isolation, and helps develop communication and coping skills. Hearing different perspectives can spark personal growth and build a strong sense of community.
You're not alone. In group therapy, you'll find encouragement, understanding, and tools to heal and grow—together. Take the first step toward emotional well-being. Sign up today and experience the power of shared healing.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Groups for Teens:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals manage overwhelming emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, and reduce self-destructive behaviors. A central goal of DBT is to help individuals pursue equilibrium—finding balance between acceptance and change. The DBT skills group is a key component of this therapy, where participants learn and practice practical tools across four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. These structured groups promote shared learning and accountability in a supportive environment.
