Hannah Hayes is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Hannah works exclusively with children and teens. Hannah also works full-time at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the psychiatry and previously worked in the pain management department. Her primary functions at Greater Atlanta Family Counseling include evaluating and diagnosing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and is currently accepting a waitlist to evaluate and diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Her rates are $500.00 for ADHD evaluations, General Psychiatric Evaluations, and Autism Re-Evaluations, which includes evaluation, diagnosis, prescription and/or medication recommendation to take to existing pediatricians.
Initial Autism Evaluations are $1500.00.
Special forms MAY be included depending on the length of time necessary to complete; forms that exceed 15 minutes will require additional fees.
Hannah does prescribe medication for children and teens, however, she does not prescribe controlled substances.
Follow-up medication appointments with Hannah are $115.00 for a twenty minute appointment.
Hannah is usually accompanied by her golden retriever service dog, Strider.
