Sarah Benderoth (She/Hers or They/Them) is a psychotherapist who received her Clinical Master's Degree in Social Work at Baylor University. Sarah is certified in C-DBT, CCTP-II (Trauma Therapy II), and is currently working to obtain her CBT-C. Sarah primarily serves children to early adult populations with specialties in Play Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Family Dysfunction, Divorce, and Eating Disorders. Sarah has a passion for creating a judgment-free space that welcomes open communication and partnership towards treatment goals. Sarah has considerable experience in eating disorders and working with divorced families throughout her career.
In her personal time, Sarah enjoys hiking, going to concerts, yoga, quilting, and improving her Goodreads completed book numbers every year.
